Peterborough United have signed striker Harry Leonard from Blackburn Rovers for an undisclosed fee.
The 21-year-old has scored five goals in 36 appearances for Rovers, although only nine of his 32 in the league have been starts.
He is Posh's fourth signing on Monday's summer transfer deadline day following the arrivals of Jimmy May Morgan, Tom O'Connor and Jacob Mendy.
"I had a couple of options but I thought Peterborough was a perfect fit," Leonard told BBC Radio Cambridgeshire.
"It's a really big decision (to leave Blackburn) and one I thought long and hard about but one I'm happy I've made."
Leonard's progress at Blackburn was hampered last season by a dislocated shoulder and then a back injury and he believes it will take him "a run of games" to get up to speed.
"I'd love to say I'm 110%, fully sharp. That's only going to come with playing regularly and hopefully I can do that here," he added.
