Hickey set to miss season with hamstring injury

Scotland right-back Aaron Hickey is set to miss the majority of the season with the hamstring injury which ruled him out of the Euros, his club Brentford have confirmed.
The 22-year-old suffered a setback during a training session last week and has undergone surgery.
The former Hearts and Bologna defender hasn't featured for Thomas Frank's side since October 2023 in a Premier League match against Chelsea.
"Now we aim to start afresh and help Aaron return to his previous level of health and performance," Brentford head physio Nick Stubbings said.
