Hull City have signed Monaco midfielder Eliot Matazo for an undisclosed fee on a three-and-a-half-year deal.
The 22-year-old made 60 appearances in the top division in France for Monaco.
The Tigers, who face Sheffield United on Friday, are 22nd in the Championship.
