Bowyer wants resurgent Burton to remain focused

Burton Albion boss Gary Bowyer will not let his players get distracted by the surge in form that has them on the brink of escaping the League One relegation zone.
A stoppage-time winner from Rumarn Burrell sealed a 3-2 win against Reading on Tuesday night that moved the Brewers to within three points of safety.
It was the third successive victory in a remarkable turnaround by the east Staffordshire side that had been 11 points from safety just nine days earlier.
"It sounds like I'm being critical of the players but we have not done anything," Bowyer told BBC Radio Derby.
"All we have done is win the next game and that is what we will try do again on Saturday."

Burton, who last won three consecutive games in October 2023, have now won more league matches in the past nine days that they had manged in the 161 days of the campaign before that.
Another win against play-off chasing Barnsley could see them move out of the drop zone for the first time since 21 September, when they were beaten by the Tykes.
When asked about the prospect of getting out of the bottom four, Bowyer said: "And if I buy a lottery ticket and put my numbers on, I might have a chance of winning the lottery as well.
"We will try have a good go against Barnsley, who are another top team."
