Bournemouth forward Anthony close to Burnley move

Bournemouth forward Jaidon Anthony is having a medical with Burnley before a proposed loan move to the Championship club.

Anthony spent last season at Leeds United and helped them reach the Championship play-off final.

He had hoped to force his way into Andoni Iraola's side on his return to Bournemouth, where he has three years left on his contract.

However, the 24-year-old has been an unused substitute in both Premier League games so far and Burnley have stepped in.
