Chelsea's inglorious 4-3 win away at Wolves in the Carabao Cup saw them through to the quarter-finals but has left people questioning the team.

The Blues - 3-0 up at half time - conceded three in the second half and were subject to their sixth red card in nine matches, but Jamie Gittens' fantastic strike saw them through.

Returning striker Liam Delap is now banned for the upcoming match at Spurs, having been dismissed in his 26-minute cameo.

Chelsea remain capable of winning silverware and are just three points outside the top four but after losing to Sunderland last weekend, they could do with a positive result a their fiercest rivals Spurs.

For Chelsea fans, this is one of the most important matches of the season which only adds to the occasion.

  • Has Delap or the wider squad been subject to any further talks on disciplinary issues?

  • Criticism of his defence

  • The fitness of struggling striker Joao Pedro

  • And the improving form of Gittens
