Charlton forward Chuks Aneke will leave the Addicks this summer when his deal expires, the club say.

The striker, 31, made 138 appearances for Charlton in two spells, scoring 27 goals with 14 assists.

The club has released its annual retained list, external, which reveals that defender Tennai Watson, keeper Dean Bouzanis, midfielder Aaron Henry and striker Danny Hylton have also not been offered new deals.

Hylton, who was in a player and coaching role, will sign a deal to become part of Nathan Jones' backroom staff.

Left-back Thierry Small is out of contract this summer but he has been offered a new deal to remain at the club.

"We would like to thank every departing player for their professionalism and commitment throughout their time at Charlton Athletic," boss Jones said.

"They have all played a big part in the environment and culture that we have been able to create, which has ultimately got us promoted to the Championship."
