Reading 'have to be more ruthless' - Hunt

Reading have only won two games in League One this season

Reading boss Noel Hunt has called on his side to be "more ruthless" after their winless run stretched to four games.
The Royals have only won two of their 12 League One matches and Saturday's defeat at Cardiff saw them drop to 22nd in the table.
They went a goal ahead in South Wales before Cardiff scored twice in the second half to take all three points.
Hunt's side had a total of 26 shots with 10 on target, but only had Lewis Wing's 38th-minute goal to show for it.
"We're getting great chances to score and it just won't fall for us," Hunt told BBC Radio Berkshire.
"I thought that's the best we've played in a 90 minute match, I said to the lads, you have to stay on that page now and be aggressive, I think we're getting fitter and stronger.
"I think the proof is in the pudding how we played and how we created, I think that's how we should be playing the game, every game.
"We can't do much more to win a game, we've just got to be more ruthless. Simple as that."
Reading now have a run of four consecutive home matches across all competitions, starting with Northampton Town on Tuesday.
Both of their wins in League One this season have come at the Select Car Leasing Stadium against Port Vale and Leyton Orient.
"We've got big games coming up at home and we know they're big," Hunt added.
"I said to the lads we have got to stick together, what I said to them was smooth water has never made good sailors.
"We should be winning now, we've got to row, dig deep and got go again."
