Wales were beaten 4-0 by Norway in their final warm-up match ahead of the 2027 Under-21 Euro qualifying campaign.

Sindre Egeli put Norway ahead after 15 minutes in a game played in Malaga, Spain before Marius Broholm doubled their advantage just after the half hour mark.

Henrik Skogvold added Norway's third six minutes from time with Bo Heggland sealing their victory with a fourth in stoppage time.

Wales head coach Matty Jones had named 12 uncapped players in the squad.

His side will face Denmark, Belgium, Austria, and Belarus in their qualifying campaign, which begins in September.

They host top seeds Denmark in their Group I opener on 8 September.
