Teenage midfielder Whitwell signs new Baggies deal

West Bromwich Albion teenage midfielder Harry Whitwell has signed a new two-year deal at the club.
The 19-year-old made his league debut on the final day of last season in Albion's entertaining 5-3 victory over Luton Town.
He has been with the club since the age of 11 and signed his first professional contract in 2022.
Having started against Fleetwood for the first team in the Carabao Cup last August, Whitwell went on to register nine goals for the club's Premier League 2 team.
