Guernsey FC top scorer Calleigh Hedley scored a hat-trick as the Green Lionesses came from a goal down to win 3-1 at 10-player Andover New Street.
Hedley took her tally to 15 goals from six games as the unbeaten islanders moved up to second in Southern Region Women's Football League Division One South.
Freya Twigg gave the Hampshire side a sixth-minute lead but Hedley made it 1-1 eight minutes later as she finished well after an excellent solo run.
The game turned in the 32nd minute when Andover's Alice Seddon was sent-off for a deliberate handball on the goalline, but the resulting penalty from Candice Bougourd was saved by Emily Evans.
Andover held out well despite being a player down, but Hedley provided the breakthrough in the 82nd minute before converting a 90th-minute penalty after she had been fouled in the box.
The victory means Guernsey are level on points with leaders Farnham Town, who have two games in hand having won all four of their matches so far.
