Lincoln City's board has undergone a reshuffle after the increased involvement of one American investor.

Cincinnati-based Nick Ragland, who is co-chair of the Gorilla Glue Company, has increased his stake in the WMA Sports Venture group - a consortium that first invested in the Imps though its holding company - Lincoln City Holdings - in 2023.

The move means he will replace investment banker Pablo Webster on Lincoln City's board.

Ragland's share increase follows the £500,000 investment in the club by Ron Fowler, the former executive chairman and co-owner of Major League Baseball side San Diego Padres.

Despite that the club also confirmed a revised forecast for the year which projects it will lose just under £3m this season.

Arizona-based Harvey Jabara, who is said to be a "long-term friend and associate" of Fowler, remains the club's biggest stakeholder.

Lincoln are currently fourth in the League One table after eight games.
