Torquay United have signed midfielder Munashe Sundire following his departure from National League side Tamworth at the end of the season.

The 28-year-old made 43 appearances for Tamworth after joining the club in February 2024, helping them win promotion to the fifth tier in 2023-24.

Sundire, who can play in central midfield and also at full-back, has also represented Hemel Hempstead, St Albans, King's Lynn and Slough.

He becomes the Gulls' first signing of the summer.

"Nash has played a major part during his time with us," said Tamworth manager Andy Peaks.
