Tranmere Rovers midfielder Brad Walker has been banned for three matches for violent conduct.
The 29-year-old's behaviour in the 51st minute of Saturday's 3-1 defeat by Crewe Alexandra was not seen by match officials at the time but was caught on video.
Walker admitted the Football Association's charge against him and accepted the ban.
Tranmere, who are 19th in League Two, face Oldham Athletic in the FA Cup first round on Saturday.
