We have a battle on our hands! Aggie Beever-Jones is hanging off of Wassa Sangaré's shoulder at every occasion.

Chelsea are attacking in waves and most of it is coming from Sandy Baltimore, who has far too much space on the left flank.

She plays a cross towards Aggie Beever-Jones at the back post but it's cleared behind for a corner.

    Man City 0-0 West Ham

Bunny Shaw has her first sight of goal for Man City, with Kerstin Casparij playing a good cross from the right. However, the striker's header is deflected by a defender.

City win a corner but it comes to nothing.

    Man City 0-0 West Ham

West Ham are enjoying some success down the left wing. Two crosses have come in from that area in quick succession.

City captain Yui Hasegawa eventually bundles the ball out of play after Yu Endo's shot is blocked.

Sonia Bompastor's set-up is working a treat. Sandy Baltimore to Ellie Carpenter is proof she's nailed the winger positions.

London City Lionesses are threatening on the attack but Chelsea are equally as dangerous at the moment - if not more.

It was all about Sandy Baltimore there.

Baltimore didn't rush and didn't panic. She used both feet to try lose Jana Fernández and Ellie Carpenter has made the run from out wide to the back post and slots it home.

    Chelsea take the lead!

A cross-field ball picks out Sandy Baltimore in acres of space on the left wing. She drives into the box and plays the ball across the face of goal for Ellie Carpenter to tap in at the far post.

That's Carpenter's first WSL goal for Chelsea.

    Man City 0-0 West Ham

Man City have hogged the ball during the opening three or four minutes at the Joie Stadium. They're all over West Ham.

It was good play by London City in that midfield area. Grace Geyoro has a lot of pace, but she scuffed the shot in the end.

    Chelsea 0-0 London City Lionesses

London City Lionesses have had two early forays into Chelsea's box without threatening Hannah Hampton's goal.

They need to be clinical. Chelsea have only conceded three league goals this season.

  11. 'Far too casual'published at 12:03 GMT 1 November

    Chelsea 0-0 London City Lionesses

It was far too casual from London City. One of Chelsea's best features is their press. Those passes have to be perfect.

So close! Oh my, Chelsea nearly take the lead inside two minutes.

Lionesses defender Wassa Sangare makes a last-gasp clearance after giving the ball away cheaply in her box. Erin Cuthbert pounced on that loose ball but it's a good recovery from Sangare.

Almost immediately, the visitors attack at the other end but the ball across the box is harmless.

We thought it might be a back three for Chelsea and it is with Lucy Bronze on the right side of the three centre-backs.

It's an interesting set-up - one we haven't seen much with Bronze and Ellie Carpenter both on the same side. Sandy Baltimore is the left wing-back.

Millie Bright at left-back we haven't seen before, and I guess London City will look at that and potentially see it as weak spot in a very strong Chelsea team.

The new girls on the scene against the champions of England.

A phenomenal streak from Chelsea - they seem to be untouchable. This season again, they get the job done.

London City can easily upset Chelsea, although they are new to the WSL, they have put together a very impressive squad of players.

    Joseph

Righto Joseph, let's see who agrees with you.

Thumbs up for a London City Lionesses win, thumbs down for Chelsea.

(Don't worry Man City/West Ham fans, I'll get to you too!)
