    Wow.

Steph Catley clears a corner but Bayern Munich hold on to the ball.

Klara Buhl picks it up, goes down the wing and sends in a low cross which Glodis Viggosdottir is there to prod home.

    Bayern have turned this around.

Pernille Harder, sheer class. What a player she still is. Quality is permanent.

This is just unbelievable. It caught everybody by surprise. I think it even caught Pernille Harder by surprise.

What a strike. It was like everyone stopped still and couldn't believe what they were seeing.

Nobody saw this one coming. Arsenal look absolutely shell-shocked.

    Who else?

After an excellent chance to extend their lead for Arsenal at one end, Bayern Munich break and make them pay.

Klara Buhl finds Pernille Harder, who takes a touch before sending a looping strike into the top corner.

Excellent goal, excellent break, excellent finish from Alara.

It looked like Daphne van Domselaar was going to rush out, and then she just slotted it. It's a lovely finish.

I said one goal could change anything because Arsenal could've been three or four up. They need to step it up again.

I don't think many would have predicted that Manchester United starting line-up.

Phallon Tullis-Joyce trained yesterday so her absence is unexpected, even if coach Marc Skinner has told club media the problem related to the WSL defeat by Aston Villa on Sunday.

"Phallon took a knock in the game [on Saturday] which puts her out of tonight's game," he said. "We will reassess her over the next couple of days."

Ella Toone did not train fully but as a United fan, was expected to feature in a game at Old Trafford.

Elisabeth Terland's goals got United into the main draw of the Champions League so her absence also feels a bit strange.

United have a 100% record from their opening two games and PSG have lost both theirs, so it seems a big opportunity to virtually seal at least a play-off place ahead of the tough tests against Wolfsburg and Lyon that follow.

I'm surprised Chloe Kelly hasn't got a look in from the start since she signed after that loan move from Manchester City.

She's almost been pigeon-holed as that super sub, like with the Lionesses, because she has been so good off the bench.

    Man Utd v Paris St-Germain (20:00 GMT)

    Emma Sanders
BBC Sport women’s football news reporter at Old Trafford

Marc Skinner makes five changes to the Manchester United side who suffered defeat by Aston Villa on Saturday.

There is no Phallon Tullis-Joyce in the squad, presumably after picking up a fresh injury, while Ella Toone is on the bench.

It means there is a rare start for young goalkeeper Safia Middleton-Patel, as well as midfielder Simi Awujo.

Elisabeth Terland is also on the bench, while Gabby George starts at centre-back with Dominique Janssen suspended.

Manchester United XI: Middleton-Patel, Riviere, Le Tissier, George, Sandberg, Miyazawa, Awujo, Zigiotti, Park, Malard, Rolfo.

Subs: Rendell, Blundell, Toone, Terland, Galton, Naalsund, Williams, Griffiths.

As expected, former Manchester United goalkeeper Mary Earps starts for Paris St-Germain, marking her return to Old Trafford.

Midfielder Jackie Groenen is also in the starting XI having played for Manchester United between 2019 and 2022.

Paris St-Germain XI: Earps, Chagas, De Almeida, Mbock Bathy, Carmona, Ebayilin, Groenen, Karchaoui, Ajibade, Leuchter, Echegini.
