HT: Falkirk 3-0 Kilmarnock
Well, it can't help that they seem to have alternated between three formations in and out of possession so far this afternoon.
The graphic below shows their average position at Falkirk, and, well, it's difficult to discern any clear notion of what formation they're trying to play.
A lot of work needed to rescue something this afternoon, if not just to salvage some pride.

Few will remember the Hearts team of 1914, which won their first eight games of the season and led the league. Then many/most of the Hearts first team enlisted in the Army - few came home and the club finished only third. Fantastic to see that they are likely to top the league on Armistice Day this year.

Livingston 1-1 Hibernian

One goal apiece that counted and another for each side disallowed. What an opening 45 minutes.
Referee Calum Scott has infuriated the home fans and no doubt Livingston boss David Martindale with some very strange decisions. Indeed chants of ‘you don’t know what you’re doing’ coming from the main stand.
Despite a lengthy period without a win, there is no lack of confidence in these Livingston players.
And after a terrific start, Hibernian have allowed the home side a way back into the game. Big 45 minutes coming for both teams.
Plenty of entertainment for the fans at Almondvale.
Two goals, a couple more disallowed, some crunching tackles and a half to two quarters.
Hibernian, after scoring in less than 30 seconds, totally dominated the opening spell. The visitors could, arguably should, have been out of sight, with defender Rocky Bushiri smartly volleying in but being judged offside.
Livingston recovered from being nearly blown away by the green and white whirlwind, had a goal of their own disallowed when Scott Pittman's effort was ruled out for a foul by another player in the build-up.
Good things come to those who wait, however, and the home side's equaliser was a thing of beauty. Reminiscent of the Ajax 'total football' of the 1970s. From back to front in a flurry of passes with a lovely finish from Jeremy Bokila to give the move the ending it deserved.
Looking forward to the second half already.

As dominant a display as I've seen all season. Falkirk have been on it from the off. They are in charge and it'd be quite the turnaround if they don't win this convincingly.
Kilmarnock need to change something as they are being taken apart out there with little evidence they can get back into this so far.
Stuart Kettlewell talked in the build-up about needing to "stop the bleeding". The travelling fans' reaction at half-time only added to that need.

Killie have been, charitably, dire. 3-0 flatters them.
The hosts are flying and backed by a packed home support.
What a return to the top flight this is.

Hearts are heading for a nine-point lead at the top of the Premiership.
It looked like Dundee would frustrate the home side - until a fine Lawrence Shankland finish, followed by a poachers goal from strike partner Pierre Landry Kabore.

Hearts 2-0 Dundee
Dundee want a spot-kick as Clark Robertson rises to meet a free-kick into the home penalty box and his header is deflected clear.
The quickest of VAR checks and it is play on.
Hearts 2-0 Dundee
Harry Milne is causing havoc for Dundee down Hearts' left.
The full-back's low cross into the six-yard box is so inviting, but no home player can accept the invitation.
Falkirk 3-0 Kilmarnock

This is emphatic. Falkirk have been excellent. The home crowd are loving every second of it.
This seemed a big fixture for both sides and Falkirk have absolutely seized on it.
For all that, Kilmarnock have shown little in response. It's been a terrible first half for them and, with Celtic away next, things don't look like getting any easier.

Jack Hamilton nods Raith Rovers into the lead and now all four home sides in the second tier are in front.
Pierre Landry Kabore
A first Hearts goal for Pierre Landry Kabore and Hearts are heading for a nine-point lead at the top of the Premiership.
A corner is headed down into the striker's path and he swivels within the six-yard box to drive home.

And they are indeed running up the score. It is so, so, SO easy for them.
Calvin Miller makes a smart run off the defender's shoulder, and he's found by a well weighted Ethan Williams pass.
The winger then slides it across the goal and into the bottom corner.
Falkirk are flying.

What a lovely goal that is.
Total football from Livingston, working it from back to front, with Scott Pittman's pull-back deftly turned into the bottom corner by Jeremy Bokila.
Beautiful.
It was coming, too.
Game on.
Livingston 0-1 Hibernian
Dan Barlaser has just been wiped out there - by his Hibernian team-mate Grant Hanley, who came through a Livi player to get to the ball, taking no prisoners along the way.
Bit of a whack on the head from Hanley's arm for his colleague Barlaser.
He's up and about though, not looking too groggy.
Livingston 0-1 Hibernian
A real scramble in the Hibs box ends with Scott Pittman having a toe-poke from a couple of yards out.
He's under pressure from defenders but for me, he should get a much better contact and should score.
They're getting closer, Livi.
Falkirk 2-0 Kilmarnock
Keelan Adams bursts into the area and his shot narrowly creeps over the bar.
Falkirk have a chance to run up the score against Killie here.
