  3. Finding the right playerspublished at 18:57 British Summer Time 4 August

Loads of you are asking about more signings.

    "We're open," Struber says.

"But its super important that when you have a group that have such good energy together then its not just about finding someone who is good on the tactical or technical level - they must also have the right character."

  4. Ashton Gate atmosphere will be 'something special'published at 18:53 British Summer Time 4 August

Much of Struber's time with Barnsley clashed with the Covid-19 pandemic and he's keen to get another taste of English crowds at Bramall Lane on Saturday.

"I'm super excited about that - to come in touch with the Championship atmosphere," he says.

"I'm looking forward to our home games - that's something special."

  5. On giving the kids a chancepublished at 18:49 British Summer Time 4 August

A number of young players have made their mark on pre-season and Struber says he's open to giving them more time once the season gets going.

"Like all the other players they have to fight to be in the starting eleven and fight for game time and when they show me good performances, like they've done in pre-season so far.

"I am open to giving them time to play."

  6. How do you plan to meet expectations?published at 18:46 British Summer Time 4 August

City made the Championship play offs last season and Struber says "expectations are always high" after that achievement.

"It's really important that we realise the expectations but live and work in the here and now," he adds.

"Every day I have high expectations of myself and aim create a training environment where every day the players take something from it.

"When we make the right steps in the here and now we will have a result that makes everyone happy."

  8. Could more signings be on the way?published at 18:41 British Summer Time 4 August

"We need a big roster and of course we need players that have the resilience to play this way," Struber says.

"I have a lot of trust in this group of players and we are always looking at what's going on in the market.

"I've said many times that we have no stress to do something there but we're looking. I would say in another couple of weeks a change could happen."

  9. Can we do it again?published at 18:39 British Summer Time 4 August

We've had loads of people asking if City can push for the play-offs again this season?

"We have an interesting group of players at the moment and I have a high level of trust for them," Gruber says.

"They showed last season that they can do it with a high level of togetherness and willingness. We now have a new style of play - we want to be more aggressive on the pitch and play with high intensity."

  10. On getting back into football: 'I felt it in my heart'published at 18:29 British Summer Time 4 August

Struber had to end his playing career at just 26 and decided to leave the sport to focus on a career in insurance.

But, despite having a comfortable career ahead of him, he made the decision to return to football and was offered a route back into the sport by the former Manchester United manager Ralf Rangnick.

"I felt it in my heart and my soul that I had to make a change," Struber says.

  11. 'I had to go'published at 18:21 British Summer Time 4 August

Phillipa and Leah Davis ask Struber how was it easy to move to the club?

"I've always had a big sympathy with English football and when you are an Austrian coach its not so easy to come to the motherland of football," he answers.

"But then Bristol City knocks on the door and we had some conversations and it became very clear to me that this could be a win win for everyone.

"What the club wants and what I have in my DNA makes me think that this could be a really good fit. It became clear very quickly that I had to go."
