Formula 1 has put money into New Jersey's postponed Grand Prix of America to ensure it will go ahead next year, according to the sport's boss Bernie Ecclestone.
Ecclestone has also revealed he would like Barcelona and Valencia to alternate a single date for the Spanish Grand Prix.
However, Barcelona's Circuit de Catalunya's track director says the venue wants to extend its current contract to be a permanent fixture on the calendar.
Nico Rosberg, Romain Grosjean, Paul di Resta, Charles Pic and Jules Bianchi will take part in the next FOTA Fans' Forum which will take place in Montreal ahead of the Canadian Grand Prix.

The team placed 11th and last in the constructors' championship will no longer receive the $10m from Formula 1's prize fund it had received until last year, Bernie Ecclestone has revealed. The sport's owner, the private equity fund CVC, is pressing ahead with plans to float F1 on the Singapore stock exchange later this year.
Williams Grand Prix Holdings, the holding company that includes the Williams F1 team, made a pre-tax loss of £5m in 2012, following a profit of £7.4m in 2011. Williams said the loss was caused by "the impact of a technical accounting treatment of one of the group's key receipts during the year".
