Dublin include seven of their All-Ireland Final winning starting side for Saturday's Allianz Football League Division One opener against Monaghan.
Eoin Murchan, Jack McCaffrey, Brian Fenton, Paddy Small, Ciaran Kilkenny, Cormac Costello and Con O'Callaghan are named in Dessie Farrell's side.
Stephen Cluxton, who is now 42, is among the Dublin absentees.
Saturday's games also include Kerry v Derry in Division One and Armagh's BBC Sport NI streamed game against Louth.
Aidan Forker will captain Armagh in their Division Two derby against the Wee County.
The experienced inter-county campaigner replaces Armagh joint-captains Rian O'Neill and Aidan Nugent.
Maghery club-man Forker, who was named player of the match in Armagh's All-Ireland penalty shootout quarter-final loss to Monaghan last summer, is named at right wing-back in a strong Armagh side to take on Louth on Saturday evening.
Blaine Hughes starts in goal with Ethan Rafferty still recovering from an ankle injury he sustained while playing outfield for his club Grange.
Crossmaglen star Rian O'Neill is not named in the squad but his brother, Oisin, is among the substitutes alongside Jarly Og Burns, who has reversed his decision to sit out the 2024 campaign.
Armagh are set to begin their 10th season under 2002 All-Ireland-winning captain Kieran McGeeney while Louth are now managed by former Dublin defender Ger Brennan following Mickey Harte's move to Derry.
Tyrone also have a change of captain for their Division One opener against Roscommon in Omagh on Sunday with Peter Harte succeeding Padraig Hampsey, who led Tyrone to the 2021 All-Ireland title.
Brian Kennedy will serve as Harte's vice-captain.
Harte has made 203 appearances for Tyrone since being brought into the senior panel in 2010 by his uncle Mickey Harte.
In addition to winning the 2021 All-Ireland with Tyrone, Errigal Ciaran club-man Harte has won four Ulster titles and two All-Stars.
Harte will skipper a Tyrone starting team that includes six Football League debutants.
Conall Devlin, Aidan Clarke and Tarlach Quinn are the newcomers in defence although Clarke did feature in the championship last summer while the attack includes debutants Ben Cullen, Seanie O'Donnell and Ciaran Daly.
As expected, the Clifford brothers David and Paudie have not been included in Kerry's squad for their opener at home to Derry on Saturday.
The Kingdom have seven starters from last year's All-Ireland Final defeat by Dublin as Jack O'Connor hands debuts to Beaufort's Sean O'Brien and Milltown/Castlemaine player Cillian Burke.
Sean O'Shea will start at full-forward.
