Tyrone GAA have issued a statement confirming that joint manager Feargal Logan is "currently dealing with some health issues" and wishing him a speedy recovery.
Logan was not on the sideline with Brian Dooher for Sunday's Football League Division One defeat by Derry at Celtic Park.
"Tyrone GAA can confirm that the Joint Manager of our Senior Football Team, Feargal Logan is currently dealing with some health issues," the statement read.
"Feargal wants to thank everyone for their support and good wishes. On behalf of all gaels of Tyrone, we wish Feargal a speedy recovery and ask that his and his family's privacy be respected by all at this time."
Logan and Dooher succeeded Mickey Harte in the role and were ratified for a new three-year term at the end of last season after leading the Red Hands to their fourth All-Ireland title in their first season in charge in 2021.
Tyrone saw off Roscommon in their opening league game, before losing to their Ulster provincial rivals at the weekend.
Their next league fixture is against Galway at Healy Park on 18 February.
