FIH Pro League: England's women beat Netherlands in Hinch's 100th game

Goalkeeper Maddie Hinch won her 100th England cap in the side's 3-1 FIH Pro League win over the Netherlands at the Lee Valley Hockey Centre on Saturday.
Victory was the perfect way for Hinch, 33, to cap her milestone, having been the shootout hero against the same opponents when Great Britain won Olympic gold at the Rio Games in 2016.
Tokyo bronze medallist Anna Toman made her 50th England appearance.
England's men could not match the result, losing 3-0 to the Dutch.
It was the women's first regulation-time victory over the Dutch since 2003, and they took the lead before half-time when Toman's penalty corner was deflected home off Shona McCallin.
Izzt Petter did brilliantly to finish from close range after the ball was fired in from the right, putting England in full control at the end of the third quarter.
Maxime Kerstholt's superb finish from a corner made it 2-1, but Grace Balsdon hit back moments later, rifling into the roof of the net from the spot on 51 minutes to seal victory.
The Netherlands' pressure forced some brilliant last-ditch defending, but England held on against an inexperienced Dutch side in the first of their two meetings the weekend.
Another England win on Sunday would see them move above Germany into fourth spot in the Pro League table.
In the men's game Dennis Warmerdam put the Dutch 2-0 up inside the first quarter and England could not fight back, with a goal five minutes from time from Tjep Hoedemakers sealing victory.
The win moves the Dutch up to second in the table, two points behind leaders India having played three fewer games, while England stay fifth.
The two teams also meet again on Sunday.
