Cardiff Devils have won both the Elite League and Challenge Cup this season

Cardiff Devils will face off against Sheffield Steelers in the Elite Ice Hockey League play-off final on Sunday.

The Devils sealed their place in the final as they came from behind to beat Dundee Stars 4-2 after Kevin Hart and Brett Switzer had put Dundee 2-0 up.

Joey Haddad, Mark Louis, Joey Martin and Andrew Hotham ensured a Devils win.

Later, Sheffield set up their place in the final as they beat Belfast Giants thanks to goals from Guillaume Desbiens and Levi Nelson.

The Devils are aiming to win ice hockey's grand slam after winning both the Elite League and Challenge Cup this season.

They face the Steelers in Sunday's final at 16:00 BST at the National Ice Centre, Nottingham.
