Josh Lammon scored Cardiff Devils' fourth goal in a 5-1 victory against Fife Flyers

Cardiff Devils completed a weekend double as they saw off Fife Flyers in the Elite League.

The comfortable 5-1 win came a day after their first Challenge Cup away win of the 2021-22 campaign, 3-0 at Guildford Flames.

Brodie Reid struck twice for the hosts against Flyers with Joshua Waller, Josh Lammon and Cole Sanford also hitting the target.

Greg Chase scored the visitors' consolation.

Taran Kozun starred for the visitors against Flames, stopping all 35 shots he faced for his first shutout as a Devil, while the goals came from Lammon, Josh Batch and Brodie Dupont.

The result saw Devils remain unbeaten in the qualifying round of the competition.

The Cardiff team return to European competition on Wednesday, 6 October with a first-leg Champions Cup trip to Finnish champions Lukko Rauma.
