Cardiff Devils produced a late surge to overcome a one-goal deficit in their Elite League quarter-final second leg at Glasgow Clan to reach the play-off finals.

After goalless opening and second periods Devils struck twice to claim a place at Nottingham next weekend.

Jake Coughler broke the deadlock after 48 minutes and Trevor Cox added Devils' second to edge Glasgow.

Clan had led 4-3 on aggregate after winning in Cardiff on Saturday.

On that occasion Nolan LaPorte scored a crucial brace while Cole Sanford gave Devils late hope before Sunday's rematch in Scotland.

Devils are hoping to end 2021-22 on a high after missing out on honours so far and will meet Guildford Flames in the semi-finals.
