Challenge Cup: Cardiff Devils 5-1 Coventry Blaze
- Published
Cardiff Devils comfortably saw off Coventry Blaze in the Challenge Cup in the Welsh capital.
Jamie Arniel began the home side's scoring early on with Riley Brandt adding the second.
Sam Duggan claimed the third before Brady Norrish hit back for the visitors.
Joshua Waller added a brace to seal the win and confirm Cardiff as group winners.
Devils and Blaze were due to meet again in Coventry on Sunday but all games in the UK have been cancelled as a mark or respect after the tragic death of Nottingham Panthers player Adam Johnson.
