Elite League highlights: Cardiff Devils 6-0 Fife Flyers

Cardiff Devils bounced back from their Challenge Cup defeat by Guildford Flames with a comfortable Elite League win against visitors Fife Flyers.

Man-of-the-match Cole Ully opened the scoring and went on to claim a hat-trick for the hosts. He added a second after Cole Sanford struck.

Joey Martin added Devils' fourth and Ully their fifth before Joshua Waller completed the hosts' scoring.

Waller had also scored in Devils' Saturday defeat by Guildford Flames.

Netminder Ben Bowns saved 20 Fife shots for his second shutout of the season.

The victory in their sixth game in 10 days moves the Devils up to second in the table, a point above Dundee Stars who they face in Scotland on Wednesday, 29 November (19:30 GMT).

Cardiff remain two points behind leaders Sheffield Steelers who won 6-2 at Flames while Devils were beating Flyers on Sunday in the Welsh capital.
