Cardiff Devils returned to winning ways with a hard-fought 2-0 victory over Glasgow Clan.

Following a scoreless opening period, Brandon Alderson fired the hosts ahead 49 seconds into the second period.

And Ryan Barrow struck late on to ensure Cardiff bounced back from Saturday's 4-3 loss to Fife Flyers.

Cardiff return to action against Elite League leaders Sheffield Steelers on Wednesday night. Glasgow host Dundee Stars on Friday night.
