Elite league: Cardiff Devils 3-5 Belfast Giants

Belfast Giants kept alive their hopes of finishing second in the Elite League with a 5-3 victory away at Cardiff Devils.

Josh Roach gave the visitors the lead and although Josh Batch levelled, Daniel Tedesco restored Giants' advantage.

Evan Mosey and Trevor Cox put second-placed Devils ahead in the second period but Greg Printz equalised.

Ben Lake and Tedesco sealed victory for Giants, who remain third.

The game was rescheduled after the original fixture in early January was postponed when Giants' flight to south Wales was cancelled due to fog in Northern Ireland.
