    Two more substitutions for Tunisia as they try and run down the clock Msakni goes off and Anis Ben Slimane comes on. Naim Sliti leaves the stage for Mortadha Ben Ouannas. Mali's Massadio Haidara is left frustrated after he failed to latch onto a long pass.

    36 year-old Adlene Guedioura replaces Ismael Bennacer in midfield. Guedioura is now playing his football at Burton Albion in the English third tier. He's only played a handful of matches this year, but was specifically called up for these kinds of situations - he specialises in tackling, intercepting and set-pieces.

    Finally after 85 minutes there is a clear scoring opportunity for Cameroon! Toko Ekambi slaloms past Algeria's midfield and lets fly from 25 yards out. It's a tricky shot, but again M'Bolhi smothers it. Five minutes to play in regular time, although everyone is expecting a minimum of 7 minutes of injury time following the lights failure earlier in the second-half.

    Algeria almost doubles its lead in the 79th minute! Again it comes from a set-piece. Belaili takes a corner kick that is flicked on by Bendebka, the substitute. The chance falls to Belfodil who can't turn it into a shot on target.

    Mali are not giving up here and continue to threaten the Tunisian defence who are holding firm so far. A much needed water break is on.

    Triple change for Algeria. Goalscoring hero Islam Slimani is replaced by Hertha Berlin striker Ishak Belfodil. Captain Mahrez makes way for Galatasaray midfielder Sofiane Feghouli and Ramiz Zerrouki is hooked off for Sofiane Bendebka. All like-for-like changes. Algeria will keep its shape. 15 minutes left to play in Douala.

    Cameroon are finally showing some threat in attack after 71 minutes. Tawamba holds up play cleberly and back-heels the ball to Tolo who whips in a cross across the face of goal, but M'Bolhi intercepts the pass.

    Just when Tunisia seem in control and Mali struggling to breakdown their opponents the Carthage Eagles have to head the ball off the line after the keeper fails to gather a free-kick.

    Cameroon have settled into the same attacking groove as in the first half. The substitute Tawamba manages a tame left-footed effort at M'Bolhi who covers it up with ease. 60 minutes played now.
