To this day, I still don't understand Hamilton's decision to join Ferrari. Their communication and race strategies have been awful over the last few years.

Max Verstappen is within two seconds of George Russell which is some of the closest we've seen all race long.

Verstappen can see Russell, but can he close in?

  12. 'How is Antonelli going to cope with the pressure?'published at 20:14 British Summer Time 15 June

    Sam Bird

Kimi Antonelli hasn't been inside the top three at this stage in a grand prix before, how is he going to cope with the pressure?

He's got older tyres than Oscar Piastri who is in the fastest car of the season so far, but that Mercedes has been working so well around this circuit.

The medium compound tyre has not been a good race tyre, it hasn't lasted long and it's only quick for three to five laps and then it drops off like a stone.

It overheats too quickly so that is what Ferrari are concerned about at this stage, they need to get Charles Leclerc another three or four laps into this race before making that jump to the medium.

It's harsh for Lance Stroll but it's true, he did force Pierre Gasly quite nastily on to the grass so rightly so he's got a penalty.
