  1. Dubler goes highest

    Decathlon high jump

Australia's Cedric Dubler has gone highest of all the decathletes, clearing 2.06m. Competition leader Lindon Victor of Greneda is just behind on 2.03m.

Victor takes a 134-point lead to bed with him tonight after four events. Dubler is second, while England's Harry Kendall clings to sixth.

Don't get many Cedrics do you? Like it, makes me think of 1990s monk-murder series Cadfael for some reason. Anyway...

  2. Gold medal - Nigeria - Folashade Oluwafemiayo

    Powerlifting: Women's heavyweight final

How do you fancy a new world record to go with your Commonwealth Games gold medal?

Folashade Oluwafemiayo of Nigeria says yes, that would be splendid, thanks.

The 37-year-old obliterates the competition with a final lift of 155kg to seal the women's heavyweight final in style.

Oluwafemiayo's compatriot Bose Omolayo comes home in second place to take silver and Australia's Hani Watson wins bronze.

  5. Gold medal - Madison de Rozario (Australia)

    Women's T53/54 1500m

    Gold for De Rozario!

The Australian marathon champion took it out and held off the opposition. She seems to get more pace out of every push along the final 100m.

Scotland's Sammi Kinghorn looked like the likeliest to slip past the favourite, but could not maintain her challenge. She ends up with bronze as Angela Ballard, De Rozario's compatriot, nicks silver.

    Fourth for Scotland's Melanie Woods.

  6. Powerlifting

    Women's heavyweight final

Final rotation complete for Rebecca Bedford and the 24-year-old closes her competition with a tally of 80.8 points after failing on her third lift of 96kg.

The English powerlifter was sitting in fifth place, but Thamar Gisele Mengue of Cameroon has vaulted herself above Bedford and Kenya's Joyce Wambui Njuguna to take fourth spot, so sixth place it is for the champion para-badminton player.

We know one medal winner already. Hani Watson of Australia claims bronze after having her second lift of 125kg chalked off.

The 39-year-old only made her international debut in May but her third attempt of 127kg was given the green lights and a final points total of 98.5 hands her third place.
