Dunn and Hall took the first game 18-21 but in a 40-minute second tie, Chan and Tan survived four match points and came from 7-14 down to seal a 25-23 victory.
The chasing pack are starting to close up a little bit on the leaders. And Lizzie Bird looks to be creating a bit of daylight between herself and Aimee Pratt.

Uganda's Peruth Chemutai didn't win a senior race in 2021 apart from the one that mattered most - at the Olympic Games.
Her Tokyo gold was the first Olympic medal of any colour in any sport for a Ugandan woman.
Now she is aiming to add a Commonwealth medal to her CV, but finished 11th at the recent World Championships.
Kenyan teenager Jackline Chepkoech won the world under-20 title in Nairobi last summer, while compatriot Celliphine Chespol preceded her as the best junior in the world,
However, Chespol is still rebuilding her career after being knocked down by a bus last year and missing the Olympics as a result.
The British challenge is led by English pair Aimee Pratt and Lizzie Bird, with Northern Ireland's Eilish Flanagan also on the start line.

Grenada's defending champion Lindon Victor needed to stay within about 23 seconds of Australia's Daniel Golubovic in the 1,500m, which is the final event, to seal gold.
Golubovic crosses first and then turns to see the 16-stone Victor tramming down the straight, with his teeth clenched and legs pumping.
It's a big effort, but will it be enough? Victor collapses to the track, breathing and groaning heavily.
He's done it! Incredible.

"The first 50m was not that good, my legs were all over the place. I am still a bit tired from Eugene but the crowd lifted me and I can't complain.
"I want to end the year with three medals. I started off on the right track in Eugene and now it is part two."
