    Hampshire 1-0 v Gloucestershire

We may only be a couple of games in, but these two are the only sides to hold a 100% winning record in this season's County Championship.

We know one of those will come to an end on Sunday but who will it be?

It's been a quiet start at The Ageas Bowl, with Hampshire adding just the one run from their opening two overs.

    Warwickshire v Essex 0-0

Defending county champions Essex are batting first at Edgbaston with Alastair Cook and Nick Browne at the crease. Another highly experienced opening pair.

Both sides come into the game on the back of thrilling wins in the last round - Warwickshire chased down more than 300 to beat Notts and Essex turned the game around against Durham after being skittled for 96 in their first innings.

    Middlesex v Surrey 0-0

Experienced Surrey openers Rory Burns and Mark Stoneman are in the middle at a sun-baked Lord's.

England man Burns has had one half-century in his three innings so far this season.

What's it to be today? Batting conditions look perfect.

England paceman James Anderson was set to play his first game of the season for Lancashire this week, but the 38-year-old has been ruled out with a tight calf.

But there will be plenty of other England men on show today, including Test captain Joe Root who plays for Yorkshire.
