    Luke Fletcher c sub b Bailey 27

Six and then out for Luke Fletcher as Tom Bailey gets his man.

A late flurry makes this one interesting, but after a super morning, you've got to feel that Notts will have felt they could have got more out of this flat pitch.

Lancashire will face 11 more overs today.

for Brookpublished at 17:25 British Summer Time 5 September 2021

    Yorkshire 127-5 v Somerset 134

Harry Brook has been the best batsman today by a country mile.

The Yorkshire right-hander brings up his fifty off just 51 balls with a ninth four to go with a six.

What sort of lead can he help his county build? They still trail by seven.

    One away now.

Tom Moores tries to paddle sweep Luke Wells, but mistimes his effort and he's pinned leg before.

Crazy to think Nottinghamshire were 211-3 the ball before tea. Lancashire have dragged themselves back into this game.

    Yorkshire 93-4 v Somerset 134

Dom Bess is batting at six for Yorkshire.

Now Dom's a decent lower-order batsman, but that seems a bit high for the England man.

It's a third wicket for the Somerset paceman and his side are still well in this game.
