  1. Spirit 11-0published at Ball 10

    Need 85 runs to win

Not the explosive start we expected from Spirit so far. It's got to come soon, surely?

Every dot ball that happens the dressing room will be sat there going 'where's the boundary?'. You have to give credit to the bowlers so far.

  3. Spirit 10-0published at Ball 9

    Need 86 runs to win

Chloe Tryon is having a swing, but it's not coming off yet. She goes for a couple of big shots but finds the fielders.

The scoreboard if it was being helpful would actually have the real equation on it.

  5. Spirit 6-0published at Ball 5

    Need 90 runs to win

I mean, a four will do. Tammy Beaumont gets her first boundary thumped over the leg side.

The numbers are hurting my brain already. Please bear with me.

  6. Spirit 2-0published at Ball 4

It's been four balls without a six. Disappointing.

  7. Spirit 1-0published at Ball 1

    Need 95 runs to win

Tammy Beaumont goes for a reverse sweep first ball - but just gets a single.

While we wait for the second innings to get going, why not have a go at choosing your women's team of the tournament? I've just had a quick go myself.

    Thanks, Tim!

Well, who saw this one coming?! This could be great fun.

It'll be interesting to see who Spirit open the batting with. From the numbers below, you'd say Deandra Dottin and Chloe Tryon would be a decent pair!

Should be an exciting slog-a-thon from London Spirit as they look to pull off the impossible. My colleague Ffion Wynne will bring you every hoik, biff and top edge. Of course, I'm sure there will be some brilliant strokeplay in there as well.

I don't think it's unreasonable for London Spirit to chase this down because they have Deandra Dottin batting for them. She has so much firepower. If there's one player you want in your team to get this done, it's her!

It's not the best total, but it might just be a bit too much to ask for the London Spirit.

Welsh Fire have crumbled under the pressure of today.

  18. Fire 95-9published at 100 balls

A couple of singles off the last two balls from Nicole Harvey and Nat Wraith to finish the innings for Welsh Fire.

So, London Spirit need to clobber there way to 96 in just 41 balls.

  19. Fire 93-9published at 98 balls

Three dots first up from Freya Davies.

Five balls left. Freya Davies to bowl them. Can Welsh Fire to get to 100?
