  1. WICKET

Cobb run out Topley 12 (Fire 19-2)

Ah, that's not good. That doesn't make good viewing.

It looks like a pure lack of concentration from Cobb whose bat was down, he goes for a little wander out of his crease not realising that Topley had touched the ball.

    A bizarre dismissal, really.

  2. Umpire review

Oh no... has Josh Cobb been run out at the non-striker's end? They've gone upstairs to see if Reece Topley got any contact on the ball.

  3. New batter: Ben Duckett

    Tymal Mills

Southern Brave bowler on BBC Radio 5 Live Sports Extra

Banton probably felt it was there to hit but he used the toe-end of the bat. The change of ends does work for Topley.

  5. WICKET

    Banton c Mahmood b Topley 2 (Fire 19-1)

Big wicket! Tom Banton tries to hit straight down the ground but the ball comes off the bottom of his bat and loops up for an easy catch.

  6. Post update

    Alison Mitchell

Commentator on BBC Radio 5 Live Sports Extra

There is plenty of movement out there.

  7. Fire 16-0

Saqib Mahmood comes on to bowl and immediately gets really good pace, beating Tom Banton by almost slicing him in half. Luckily for Banton it evades everything and dribbles away for four.

  8. Fire 11-0

And follows it up with a four! Not a bad start from Cobb, that sounded lovely off the bat.

  9. Post update

    Tymal Mills

Southern Brave bowler on BBC Radio 5 Live Sports Extra

That is an excellent shot. It is the longest part of the ground as well.

  10. Fire 7-0

    That'll do!

First six of the game and it's Josh Cobb who hits it - crashed over the boundary from Reece Topley's bowling.

  11. Post update

    Tymal Mills

Southern Brave bowler on BBC Radio 5 Live Sports Extra

The atmosphere is building nicely. It's always one of the best places to play short-form cricket in England.

  12. Fire 1-0

Tom Banton gets off the mark first ball with a single. In Bairstow's absence, the Fire will be hopeful the youngster can get them going at the top of the order.

  13. Opening batters: Tom Banton and Josh Cobb

  14. Post update

There are a few changes in Welsh Fire's side, mostly due to various injuries.

You can check out who's been switched around here.

  15. Teams

Oval Invincibles: Jason Roy, Will Jacks, Jordan Clark, Colin Ingram, Sam Billings, Laurie Evans, Sunil Narine, Tom Curran, Tabraiz Shamsi, Reece Topley, Saqib Mahmood.

Welsh Fire: Tom Banton, Josh Cobb, Ben Duckett, Glenn Phillips, Leus du Plooy, Jimmy Neesham, Matthew Critchley, Ryan Higgins, Qais Ahmad, Matt Milnes, David Payne.

  16. Oval Invincibles win the toss and choose to bowl

It's a repeat of the women's game with captain Sam Billings calling correctly and we're going to see Welsh Fire batting first up.

  17. Welcome back!

Straight back into it here with the men's fixture. Welsh Fire suffered their first defeat on Saturday whilst Oval Invincibles also lost to the Northern Superchargers.

Both will be desperate for a win tonight - we could be in for a cracking game.
