  1. Post update

London Spirit captain Eoin Morgan: "It's really good to have our coach Shane Warne back in the camp as he's been a big part of our preparations and plans in the tournament.

"In a very short space of time we wanted to build a team mantra and ethic and we want to keep hold on to as many players as possible for next year, but it needs to be performances to earn that.

"This is a game of pride and we want to play our best cricket which we haven't really been able to do in the tournament as a whole. We actually think we have played some good cricket along the way but we didn't at the start and have been chasing our tails since."

  2. Post update

Here's the current standings. Victory for London Spirit would see them leapfrog their opponents off the bottom of the table.

  3. Post update

Welsh Fire skipper Ben Duckett: "We have batted first every game and we want to see what we can get do with the ball first tonight and then chase it down.

"It's a great opportunity to put a performance on in front of a bigger crowd. Today is an opportunity for a few guys to put their hand up and be counted."

  4. Duckett bids to end losing streak

Welsh Fire are on a five-match losing streak in The Hundred - the longest of any team in the men's tournament.

All of those defeats have come since Ben Duckett took over the captaincy from Jonny Bairstow.

Duckett will be desperate to end on a high this evening.

  5. Toss - Fire bowl first

Ben Duckett gives the coin a flick and London Spirit captain Eoin Morgan calls heads. It comes down a tail.

Duckett decides to bowl first at Sophia Gardens.

  6. Welcome...

    Wood spoon

There's only one thing up for grabs in this evening's match between Welsh Fire and London Spirit in the men's tournament of The Hundred - and it's the prize neither side wants.

Fire's women have already claimed the wooden spoon after a crushing defeat to Spirit earlier in the day, and their men will be desperate to avoid making it a double.

We will have every run, wicket, catch and key moment in our live text commentary from Sophia Gardens in Cardiff so stick with us for the next couple of hours.
