    Matt Milnes, whacked into the stands in his previous set, bangs in a short ball to Josh Inglis but the Spirit batter has second guessed him.

    Inglis is deep into his crease and hooks it for six behind square. A lovely thwack off the willow

    That's a big hit as the boundaries square of the pitch are big at Sophia Gardens.

    Luke Fletcher looks furious with himself. Another full toss from the Welsh Fire seamer and this time Josh Inglis whips it through mid-wicket for four.

    Luke Fletcher with something too full and Adam Rossington picks up the length early, shuffles down the pitch and uses his wrists to ping it to the boundary rope for four. Crisp.

    Luke Fletcher trudges back to his mark with a hang-dog expression. Think I've said it before but more than a hint of Angus Fraser about him.

    He offers London Spirit's opening batters nothing to really get hold of, though. Josh Inglis nudges one of his pads and whips a pull to square leg but the fielder cuts it off.

    Steady rather than spectacular start from Spirit.
