With the rain still coming down at Lord's, we're going to halt this live coverage for the time being. We will be back later, though, if it looks like we're going to get some action.
Keep your eyes peeled, because if we do get some cricket, it will be frantic stuff!

Oval Invincibles captain Sam Billings on Sky Sports: "We set a score the other night and managed to win. We would've bowled first because of the conditions but we're happy putting a score on the board as well.
"Hopefully it'll be a sell out. There's nothing better than playing cricket at Lord's in front of crowds like this.
"We followed suit at the Oval after the women's side won, they set the standard and hopefully we can do it again."

London Spirit captain Eoin Morgan on Sky Sports: "There is a fantastic atmosphere here already and we're hoping for another belter.
"Guys are still getting to know each other in the teams but they are lapping up this competition and every game has a great atmosphere, even the ones you watch on TV."

The two captains - Eoin Morgan and Sam Billings - did speak earlier at the toss. Here is what they had to say...

We're still under covers at Lord's. It is still raining... oops, and I think I just heard a crack of thunder too.
Raining, pouring
We do have the Lord's drainage on our side today, so they will leave this as long as they can to get a game on.
Right now, though, there are only a huge amounts of covers on the pitch and fans are hiding as deep in the stands as they can.
Don't expect any play any time soon.
Post update
We do have some Hundred cricket currently taking place.

So in the absence of action in London, why not head to our live text on the Manchester Originals against Birmingham Phoenix in the women's side of the competition.

So, the cut-off time for a 25-ball-a-side contest here at Lord's is 16:43 BST.
So we've still got time on our side.
Saying that, the way the wet stuff is coming down it'll need some work to get the surface game-ready.

Every five minutes of rain, we lose three balls in The Hundred, though we can add an extra half hour on to the scheduled end of play.

Hopefully, it won't come to this, but the minimum we can have to make a game in the Hundred is 25 balls a side.
That would be interesting!

It really is belting it down. The ground staff here at Lords are sticking every available cover and sheet on the pitch.
If you've got a tea towel in the St John's Wood area, they could probably do with it.
Team news
Saqib Mahmood is out for the Oval Invincibles with a slight niggle, so Jordan Clark comes in to the side.
The London Spirit are unchanged from their first game.
London Spirit won the toss and will bowl
What I can tell you is that the toss was able to happen before the heavens opened.
No surprise that with the potential of rain, Eoin Morgan opted to bowl first after winning the toss.

Welcome to our coverage of London Spirit v Oval Invincibles in the men's side of the Hundred.
Sadly, I have bad news right off the bat as 10 or so minutes ago it started absolutely lashing it down at Lords.
The covers are on and we're now at the mercy of the elements.
