Frustration for the bowler, frustration for the Superchargers. Dottin and Ecclestone are doing a really good job out there.
Originals 139-3
Dottin 50, Ecclestone 23
Ecclestone joins the boundary party and reminds us that she too can hit big.
How do you stop this?!
Teach me your ways - I would pay big money to hit boundaries like this.
Originals 135-3
Dottin 50, Ecclestone 19
Deandra Dottin is on fire. Yes, it's another six into the leg side.
This is staggering.
She brings up her 50 from 25 balls and is not done yet.

Oh these last 10 could be mega! Hold on to your drinks in the crowd.
THREE SIXES IN A ROW! Originals 127-3
Dottin 42, Ecclestone 19
And with that...the World Boss goes big!
That's been absolutely dispatched into the leg side and it's gone 84 metres!
She's not happy with just one and goes back-to-back. The crowd are loving it.
Then back down the ground for THREE SIXES IN A ROW!

The crowd are getting involved and appreciating this game today. It's poised nicely and the Superchargers are looking to calm things down a bit after that time out.
Dottin goes for the ramp and is just evades the fielder at fine leg. That's not standard Dottin but it's fun to see. A good tight set from Davidson-Richards who has been pretty tight with her bowling today.
There's an absolute show going on, it's like a theatre out there today. Sophie Ecclestone is such a clean striker of the ball.

Ecclestone and Dottin are steering the Originals nicely back into a commanding position. They're finding the boundaries and Sophie Ecclestone is quickly establishing herself as an all-rounder.
She hits such a clean ball.
Plus those shoes are incredible (they are fluorescent orange and I love them!)
Two boundaries from that Jenny Gunn set bring up the Originals' hundred.
Originals 90-3
Dottin 22, Ecclestone 3
Ecclestone down the pitch to Levick but she's teasing us there and just plays it for one.
As a spectator I would have my eyes on the field of play at all times right now because both these two can hit the ball a long way.

That throw came in like a return to Healy, they weren't even thinking of a run-out. It's all a bit too casual.

Campbell run out (Armitage) 7 (Originals 86-3)
Oh that is lazy. Ami Campbell was just meandering back into her crease. She'd turned her back on the ball and the throw came in and she was gone. Bizarre.
She'll be kicking herself after that one.

Deandra Dottin is self-dubbed "The World Boss" which really takes a certain type of confidence and swagger (which I certainly do not possess). I'm all here for it.
Originals 84-2
Dottin 20, Campbell 5
The first ball finds the boundary but Levick recovers well and they can't find the rope again in the set.
Is this what Cross would have predicted when they won the toss and chose to bowl? I feel she would have been after more at this stage.

World Boss really owing her nickname.
She's got the glazed eye look and that shows she means business.
Ironically, the no ball brings a free hit and Dottin can't even get a bat on it. Huh?!
