In contrast, Birmingham Phoenix captain Sophie Devine has been there and done it having made more than 200 white ball appearances for New Zealand, who she has captained since 2020. The 32-year-old also led Perth Scorchers to success in the Women's Big Bash last winter.
Known for her destructive batting, Devine has scored 94 runs from 58 balls so far this tournament and also has two wickets to her name.

The standings
Birmingham Phoenix, Trent Rockets, Manchester Originals and Northern Superchargers can all still join Southern Brave and Oval Invincibles in securing a place in the knockout stages.
The Rockets beat seventh-placed Welsh Fire on Monday to move into third place and put the pressure on Phoenix ahead of their game against Spirit.
Phoenix's fate remains in their own hands though, with a win or tie seeing them climb back above Rockets and be guaranteed of a place in the play-offs.

Birmingham Phoenix captain Sophie Devine: "We would have batted so it's worked out well for us all!
"It's been the case for the last two or three games that if we win, we go through! But it's a great opportunity and there aren't many better places to play in the world than this.
"We've just got to keep being positive. Sometimes you can get into a bit of a hole and that's when you go into your shell but I want to see us keep taking the game on, so we want to get back to that cricket we were playing at the start of the tournament."

London Spirit captain Charlie Dean: "I think it'll be good to get out there as a team, we've enjoyed chasing and hopefully we can replicate what we did against Welsh Fire.
"We've not shown our true potential but today we just want to go out there, enjoy it and maybe cause an upset and go out on a high.
"It's not been our year this year but it's always great to be playing at Lord's and hopefully we can show a bit of what's to come next year."
