"We know it will be a tough game for us. Southampton got a great win on Wednesday night against Watford so that will give their confidence a massive boost."

Charlie Austin had been linked with a move to Newcastle last summer.

He said: "As soon as Southampton showed an interest that was the one club I wanted to go to.

"You see the progression from when I was playing against Southampton for Swindon. For me, it was important to come to a club that's on the up and that's what I've got here."

This snap must have been taken a while ago now - the away fans certainly number more than one...

Southampton arrested a slightly worrying slide with a 2-0 home win over Watford on Wednesday - their second league win in nine games.

Can they reproduce that kind of performance against West Brom?
