GREAT SAVE!
Ukraine 2-1 North Macedonia
Penalty saved!
Stole Dimitrievski keeps out Ruslan Malinovskiy's spot kick and it stays 2-1 with five minutes to go.
Incredibly, there's been five penalties awarded at Euro 2020 and only one scored - by Cristiano Ronaldo.
PENALTY TO UKRAINE
Ukraine 2-1 North Macedonia
A handball is given and Ukraine have the penalty!
Daniel Avramovski appeared to block the ball with his arm as he jumped in the wall and he is subsequently booked.
Video Assistant Referee
Ukraine 2-1 North Macedonia
There's a VAR check for a penalty, which I think is for when the free kick hit the wall, possibly hitting a hand?

CLOSE!
Ukraine 2-1 North Macedonia
What a chance to wrap this one up for Ukraine!
Great vision from Ruslan Malinovskiy to pick out Viktor Tsygankov inside the box. The substitute has just the goalkeeper to beat but he puts it wide. Should have been the third.

That's a tough one for the goalkeeper to get. It bounces just in front of him and that's actually a good save.
I wondered how Ukraine would react after the goal and I have to say they have not reacted well, they have gone into their shell a little bit.

Ukraine 2-1 North Macedonia
Lovely play by North Macedonia as quick passing sees them get into the area. Arijan Ademi perhaps play one pass too many and Eljif Elmas just can't quite get to the ball before it is put behind for a corner.
North Macedonia absolutely giving this a go and it is great to see!

Ukraine 2-1 North Macedonia
Aleksandar Trajkovski hits a dipping effort from distance, it swerves towards goal and is awkward for Georgi Bushchan but he does well to push behind.

Another smart save by Stole Dimitrievski as he keeps out a powerful strike from Ruslan Malinovskiy.

The stadium may be at 25% capacity but the noise being created by the fans here is incredible. Great atmosphere, great game.

Akinpelu Kayode A: I'm at work, but can't take my eye off Ukraine v North Macedonia. Would you believe that?! Best EURO since '96 for me.
YELLOW CARD
Ukraine 2-1 North Macedonia
Darko Velkoski is booked as he catches Ruslan Malinovskiy late.
Fair play to North Macedonia. Lowest ranked team at the tournament, making their debut and they've given their fans plenty to cheer in the two games they've played regardless how this finishes.

That came to Alioski at some pace. Most people would mis-hit it or sky it over the bar as they are all riled up after missing the penalty.
But he kept calm, kept it low and kept it on target. That's actually a very good finish indeed.
Back in it...
Ukraine 2-1 North Macedonia
The question at half-time was, can North Macedonia really trouble Georgi Bushchan in this second half?
The Macedonians recorded their first shot of the game in the 47th minute of the match through Arijan Ademi's saved attempt.
They managed just five touches of the ball inside the Ukraine box, as shown on the right side of the graphic below.
But they're right back in this now!
GOAL - Ukraine 2-1 North Macedonia
Ezgjan Alioski
The Leeds man's penalty is denied but he reacts well to pounce on the rebound!
You've got to feel for Georgi Bushchan as he makes a really good save but the loose ball fell kindly for Ezgjan Alioski and it is game on!
