Two full-backs and a winger who sometimes dives on yellow cards for 70 minutes. What could go wrong?

Only once before has El Clasico produced consecutive competitive goalless draws - back in 1973.

They drew 0-0 at the Nou Camp just before Christmas.

John: Let’s hope there’s more spark to this one than the last time they met. Real still suffering since CR7 left, first time in living memory that they don’t have a top world class player in their ranks no disrespect to Kroos. Should be a couple of goals & a Ramos red card.

This is almost a good move by Barcelona - a nice passing exchange but Frenkie de Jong takes far too long to make a decision two or three times and gets squeezed off the ball.
