    Lovely play on the right by Troy Parrott and Cyrus Christie, the former releasing the latter with a clever ball through the legs of his opponent. Christie charges towards the box and crosses but he can't find a team-mate. Shame as that was a nice move.

    Jack Tanner: You can't read too much into friendlies but this would be a decent win for Ireland. Qatar are a good side, current Asian champions no less, and might cause one or two shocks in their home wc next winter. Underestimate them at your peril
