  1. Post update

    Finland 0-0 Wales

To pick up on Nathan's point, that's exactly how I used to feel about Carl Fletcher and Carl Robinson.

And they were both called Carl.

  2. Post update

    Finland 0-0 Wales

    Nathan Blake

Former Wales striker on BBC Radio Wales

I need a bit more physicality in the Wales midfield for me, I can't really separate Matt Smith and Dylan Levitt. They're both very similar.

  3. YELLOW CARD

    Finland 0-0 Wales

    Quick work.

Bolton's Josh Sheehan goes into the book for dragging back Glen Kamara.

  4. SUBSTITUTION

Wales introduce Rubin Colwill and Josh Sheehan for Jonny Williams and Brennan Johnson.

Santeri Hostikka and Fredrik Jensen go off and Robert Taylor and Pyry Soiri are on for the hosts.

  5. Post update

    Finland 0-0 Wales

Urho Nissila nearly gets in behind from a ball over the top, but Ben Davies was alert to the danger and clears.

  6. Post update

    Finland 0-0 Wales

Lots of Finnish players warming up.

So excited I get to write about another nine substitutions in the next 30 minutes.

  7. CLOSE!

    Finland 0-0 Wales

Another Wales freekick. This one is floated in by Harry Wilson and Finland only clear to Matt Smith, whose powerful effort flashed across goal and just wide.

Wales' best chance from open play.

  8. CLOSE!

    Finland 0-0 Wales

A much better effort from Harry Wilson than his penalty, he beats the wall, but Carljohan Eriksson pushes the ball clear.

    Decent save.

  9. YELLOW CARD

    Finland 0-0 Wales

Glen Kamara cynically pulls back Tyler Roberts as Wales break and Wales have a freekick "right in Harry Wilson territory."

  10. Post update

    Finland 0-0 Wales

Fredrik Jensen shoots at goal, but Dylan Levitt gets in a vital block.

Wayne Hennessey shows safe hands to claim another disappointing corner.

The set pieces in this game have been very poor.

  11. Post update

    Finland 0-0 Wales

Overlapping centre-backs and yet the score remains Knill Knill.

    Cheers.

  12. The Knill effect?

    Finland 0-0 Wales

    Dafydd Pritchard

    BBC Sport Wales

Wales' right and left centre-backs have gone on a few overlapping runs past the wing-backs today.

Is that the Alan Knill effect? The former Sheffield United assistant manager has recently joined Wales' coaching staff for the rest of their World Cup qualifying campaign.

  13. Post update

    Finland 0-0 Wales

Wayne Hennessey's first action is to watch a deflected shot go wide for a corner, which Tom Lockyer heads away.

  14. Post update

    Finland 0-0 Wales

Incisive passing from Wales who shift the ball well, but Harry Wilson's shot is blocked.

  15. SUBSTITUTION

    Finland 0-0 Wales

Wales introduce Tottenham's Ben Davies who is on for James Lawrence and make a change in goal as Wayne Hennessey is introduced.

The hosts hand a debut to Urho Nissila who replaces Jasin-Amin Assehnoun.

  16. KICK-OFF

    Finland 0-0 Wales

We are back under way in Helsinki.

A couple of changes to tell you about momentarily....

  17. Post update

    HT: Finland 0-0 Wales

    Dafydd Pritchard

    BBC Sport Wales

Goalless friendlies might be a hard sell for neutrals but, where Robert Page and his Wales players are concerned, that was an encouraging half.

Wales have been the better side, keeping the ball comfortably and creating the game's only real chance in the form of Harry Wilson's missed penalty.

Some of the younger players, full debutant Brennan Johnson chief among them, have looked bright too.

More importantly for Page, arguably, is the fact that he's able to keep first-team players such as Gareth Bale and Ben Davies on the bench with Sunday's World Cup qualifier against Belarus in mind.

  18. Post update

    HT: Finland 0-0 Wales

    Nathan Blake

Former Wales striker on BBC Radio Wales

Robert Page will be asking for a bit more from Wales in the final third but if that penalty had gone in everything would be rosey so far.

  19. HALF-TIME - Finland 0-0 Wales

No added on time and that's half time.

Wales should be ahead, but for Harry Wilson's tame penalty.

See you in a few minutes.

  20. Post update

    Finland 0-0 Wales

    Wales waste a corner...
