    The Gambia make four changes from the side who beat Guinea in the last round.

    In a blow Ablie Jallow, who has scored half their goals in Cameroon, is injured - but Noah Sonko, Saidy Janko and Ibou Touray all return after food poisoning.

    Muhammed Badomosi is the fourth change to the team.

    Modou Barrow, Dawda Ngum and Ebrima Darboe drop to the bench.

    The Gambia are writing a remarkable story at this year's Africa Cup of Nations after reaching the quarter-finals in Cameroon on their debut at the tournament.

    Today the team ranked 150th in the world take on the hosts in Douala and will aim to silence the partisan crowd at the Japoma stadium.

    The Gambia have only conceded once in the tournament.

    They beat Mauritania and Tunisia in the group stage, drawing with Mali in between.

    They then beat Guinea in the last 16 with both sides going down to 10 men.
