There won't be a sell-out at the Cardiff City Stadium this evening like on Sunday, but the fans are out in force.
Bucket hats as far as the eye can see, including a select few in the bright orange away end as the Dutch fans join the party spirit.
Both sides this evening are much changed from their previous games - Louis van Gaal naming a completely new starting 11 - but that won't dampen the spirits in the Welsh capital.
The great Arjen Robben had the final say when these two nations last met, in a friendly on this ground in 2015.
Gareth Bale and Aaron Ramsey were absent from an experimental Wales side who fell behind to Bas Dost only for Joe Ledley to level after Joe Allen's penalty was saved.
Robben's first goal was cancelled out by a header from Emyr Huws, before the Dutch legend scored a late winner to dent Wales' preparations for Euro 2016.
Still, the tournament went all right in the end, didn't it?

It [Sunday's play-off final] was awful to watch and be on the edge of my seat for the whole game, but at the same time what a moment, what an occasion for the whole country. It was nice to enjoy it with my kids at home.
I would say I've come down but every time I go on Twitter and see another video from the weekend it makes me cry again, so I'm not quite over it just yet!

As footballing weeks go, Brennan Johnson's has not been too shabby.
The 21-year-old forward was part of the Nottingham Forest side which beat Huddersfield Town in the Championship play-off final at Wembley.
He then came on as a substitute in Wales' memorable victory over Ukraine on Sunday.
So for Johnson, who starts in attack tonight, that is two career-defining results in a matter of days.
The Netherlands may arrive in fine form, but Wales do not often lose these days.
Last week's defeat in the Nations League opener in Poland - when Robert Page made mass changes with one eye on the Ukraine play-off - was Wales' first in 10 games stretching back to Euro 2020.
And the Ukraine victory means they have not lost in 19 matches on home soil, with 13 wins and six draws in that sequence.
The longest unbeaten home run in Wales' history will be on the line tonight against opponents they have lost to in all eight of their previous meetings.

The Netherlands have not had a great time since finishing third at the 2014 World Cup.
They failed to qualify for the 2018 tournament having also missed out on Euro 2016. At Euro 2020, they won their group only to lose to the Czech Republic in the round of 16.
The Netherlands will be hoping for better at this year's World Cup, having won a qualifying group which also featured Turkey and Norway.
They began this Nations League campaign with a thumping 4-1 win in Belgium last Friday.
That made it 10 games unbeaten for the Dutch, who are yet to lose since Louis van Gaal took charge of his country for the third time last August.

The vast majority of Wales' first-choice players were rested in Wroclaw, which gave an opportunity to some fringe players.
Wes Burns looked at home on his debut at left wing-back, midfielder Dylan Levitt produced arguably his finest display yet in a Wales shirt and a new-look back three of Chris Gunter, Chris Mepham and Rhys Norrington-Davies coped admirably.
Tonight represents another chance for some of Wales' squad players to shine with the ultimate prize, of course, being a seat on the plane to Qatar.
