  1. Post update

    Kazakhstan 0-2 Wales

Natasha Harding crosses from the right flank and for a moment Kayleigh Green is interested, but keeper Nazym Ismailova gets there first.

  2. Post update

    Kazakhstan 0-2 Wales

    Gwennan Harries

Former Wales striker on BBC Two Wales

I'm a big fan of Ceri Holland. The power, the pace she has and the direct play she offers. She has an outstanding work ethic too, and always puts the team first.

She's settled into the Wales environment very nicely.

  3. Post update

    Kazakhstan 0-2 Wales

Wales have taken control of possession once more and Kazakhstan look like a team who do not believe they can get a result.

Please accept our apologies if the home side now launch a sparkling comeback.

  4. Post update

    Kazakhstan 0-2 Wales

Wales produce a lovely passing move to open the second half, with Rachel Rowe eventually crossing for Kayleigh Green.

She cannot quite stretch to connect.

  5. Post update

    Kazakhstan 0-2 Wales

    Danny Gabbidon

Former Cardiff and Wales defender on BBC Two Wales

Performance levels being high is important, not just the results. You don't want to see the intensity drop and Wales shut up shop in the second half, because there are more goals to be had.

  6. KICK-OFF

    Kazakhstan 0-2 Wales

    We are back under way.

Wales are 45 minutes away from edging closer to sealing a World Cup play-off place.

  7. Post update

    HT: Kazakhstan 0-2 Wales

    Danny Gabbidon

Former Cardiff and Wales defender on BBC Radio Wales

That's a special moment for Tash Harding. She didn't take too kindly to being fouled early on.

One of her big strengths is timing those runs in to the far post and it's a fantastic cross from Ceri Holland. She makes the finish look easy, because it's not far out, but she times it so well.

  8. Post update

    HT: Kazakhstan 0-2 Wales

    Danny Gabbidon

Former Cardiff and Wales defender on BBC Radio Wales

Patience was always going to be key. The first 15-20 minutes, players were getting into the spaces but the accuracy wasn't there. But once that improved the goals came.

When you're playing against packed defences, you need movement off the ball and Kayleigh Green's finish for the first goal was fantastic.

  9. Post update

    HT: Kazakhstan 0-2 Wales

Wales had to be patient early on, but Gemma Grainger will surely be content in the away dressing room after that half.

Her team are in control and it is difficult to see a Kazakhstan side who have scored only two goals in this qualifying campaign coming back from here.

  10. Yeeeeeeees!

    HT: Kazakhstan 0-2 Wales

How much does it mean to score a crucial goal for your country while winning your 100th cap?

    HT: Kazakhstan 0-2 Wales

    Nia Jones

Former Wales international on BBC Two Wales

I think credit to Kazakhstan too, it's a big game for them at home and they're yet to pick up a point in this campaign.

They're protecting their central areas really well and made it difficult for Wales because they had to be more creative.

  12. Post update

    HT: Kazakhstan 0-2 Wales

    Danny Gabbidon

Former Cardiff and Wales defender on BBC Two Wales

It was a bit of a slow start, obviously the team had a tough game against France on Friday with a lot of running but they got better as the half went on.

Getting that first goal is crucial and then a second before half-time is massive.

  13. HALF-TIME - Kazakhstan 0-2 Wales

It's job done so far for Wales at the Astana Arena.

  14. Post update

    Kazakhstan 0-2 Wales

We are into a minute of added time at the end of the first half.

  15. Post update

    Kazakhstan 0-2 Wales

Rachel Rowe shoots from range but her effort is well gathered.

  16. Post update

    Kazakhstan 0-2 Wales

    Gwennan Harries

Former Wales striker on BBC Two Wales

Usually they say there's a commentator's curse! I was just saying about Wales not being clinical enough in front of goal and now look at that.

The ball in to Tash is timed to perfection, a great finish and that is tough for the keeper.

Having that two-goal cushion now could make Wales a little more comfortable and they can be a bit more creative and try different things.

  17. GOAL - Kazakhstan 0-2 Wales

    Natasha Harding

Wales double their lead and it is Natasha Harding who scores to mark her 100th cap.

Another Ceri Holland cross comes in from the left and Harding sneaks in behind her marker at the far post to tap the ball home.

  18. Post update

    Kazakhstan 0-1 Wales

Another neat set-piece sees Angharad James feed Natasha Harding, whose first touch is good but her second is a blocked shot.

  19. Post update

    Kazakhstan 0-1 Wales

Ceri Holland, who has been bright in this half, is fouled 35 yards from goal.

    Angharad James will deliver.

  20. Post update

    Kazakhstan 0-1 Wales

    Gwennan Harries

Former Wales striker on BBC Two Wales

Wales have got to finish these chances! Ceri Holland does the right thing and pulled the ball back.

Sophie Ingle makes the game look so easy because that wasn't an easy position, as she has to adapt while she's on the move.
